Professional Overview

I am a licensed REALTOR® providing real estate guidance for relocators, first-time buyers, and land or build buyers in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. Many of my clients are navigating significant transitions, including moving from out of state, purchasing their first home, or evaluating land or new construction, and want clear explanations, realistic expectations, and steady representation throughout the process.

I approach real estate as an advisory role rather than a sales process. My focus is on preparation, communication, and helping clients understand the implications of each decision before moving forward.

Background and Approach

I grew up in a military household where relocation was frequent, which gave me early exposure to the logistics and realities of moving, preparing homes, and adapting to new communities. That experience shapes how I work today, particularly with relocation clients and buyers facing unfamiliar markets.

My professional background in education and publishing reinforces the importance of clarity and context. I believe clients make better decisions when they fully understand their options, timelines, and risks, especially during major life transitions.

Professional Experience

Real Estate

REALTOR® with Sibcy Cline’s Florence office, licensed to represent clients throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. While my license is state-specific, I regularly assist clients navigating moves beyond Kentucky by coordinating with established professionals in other markets.

Publishing

Founder and publisher of Grant County Magazines through Five W’s Media. Built and managed a quarterly publication mailed to thousands of households, overseeing editorial planning, sponsor relations, advertising design, and brand development.

Education

More than a decade of experience as a private tutor for K–12 and college-level students, with a focus on comprehension, study skills, and confidence building. This work sharpened my ability to explain complex material clearly and patiently.

Hospitality and Events

Operations and event management experience in fine dining and winery environments, including membership operations and large-scale events, requiring precision, adaptability, and high-level client service.

Community

My family has called Kentucky home since 2015, with ties to Burlington, Walton, Williamstown, and Georgetown. I remain involved in local schools, youth activities, and community projects. Outside of work, I value time at home, gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with my children.
