Katy Michelle Sells. This is the heart of my work and the promise I bring to every client. I am a REALTOR® with Sibcy Cline’s Florence office, serving Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.

My family has been rooted in Northern Kentucky since 2015, with ties in Burlington, Walton, Williamstown, and Georgetown. Educated at Boylan Catholic High School in Rockford, Illinois. Graduated from San Luis Obispo (SLO) High School in California, and later earning an Associates in Literature Arts with Emphasis in Science and Math from Cuesta College in SLO, California.

For more than a decade, I also worked as a tutor and a publisher. Tutoring refined my ability to explain difficult concepts with clarity, a skill that carries over into contracts and negotiations. Publishing gave me the tools of storytelling, community connection, and marketing, which now shape the way I present homes and advocate for clients.

My path to real estate is influenced by experience. I witnessed compassionate realtors supporting my own family during times of loss, and their presence left a lasting impression. Growing up in a military household meant moving more than ten times, each relocation shaping my perspective and resilience. I was engaged in every stage: painting, packing, and staging. Those years shaped my discipline and appreciation for thorough preparation.

Beyond professional life, I stay busy in ways that ground me. I love being home, gardening, and cooking. I also love getting out, traveling, discovering new places, and experiencing life with my children.
